This job takes place and oversees eight Home Depot locations throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Racine counties.

The right candidate will be a natural leader that is goal-orientated, trustworthy, and a people person.  He/she will be accountable for the number and quality of leads generated inside the stores and therefore must have some experience working in and/or managing a team of sales people.  This person must be a hands-on leader who is open to working during all shifts and weekends.

  

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing recruiting, hiring, training of lead generators
  • Coordinate and work in-store weekend events
  • Store connectivity with management and associates
  • Training and developing store representative assets.
  • Generating appointments for our in-home sales team
  • Manage a team of 8 direct reports to achieve weekly goals
  • Ability to support a seven-day operation
  • Creating and managing scheduling of lead generators
  • Managing reports for lead production and sales
  • Ability to grow and improve on lead quality with team members of the department

Pay:  Base pay w/ Full Benefits with uncapped bonus potential.  $65k+ opportunity!

Work hours:  Friday, Saturday, and Sundays with flexibility for workdays and hours Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations
  • Must be open to work during weekends
  • 2+ years managing sales, service and operations for multiple retail locations or a multi-site organization
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment with all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience leading a retail team including motivating and training employees, creating a positive work environment and leading change
