Capital Heating & Cooling is looking for 8 dependable, outgoing and goal-orientated individuals to educate customers on our services, and connect those in need of our services with our office by submitting their contact information. 

We’ll provide all the on-the-job training you’ll need to confidently generate leads – no prior HVAC knowledge is necessary.  Here's a link to pictures of lead generators on the job & more info about our relationship with The Home Depot.

Job Responsibilities

• initiate conversations with customers with the goal to identify their HVAC and/or indoor air quality needs
• distribute coupons, educate customers on special offers
• set/up take down special events (spin the wheel, table, collaterals, etc.)
• work as a team with HD staff to generate HVAC leads

Job requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 year sales or related experience
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. 
• Must be able to lift and transit up to 25 pounds at times.

Candidates for this position are required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
